Keziah Daum, the white teenage girl who wore an Asian-inspired dress to her high school prom, is not bowing to her rabid critics on Twitter.

Last week, Daum fell victim to endless social media bullying after she posted a series of photos to Twitter of her prom night.

One random Twitter user named Jeremy Lam found her tweet and called her out for the dress.

“My culture is NOT your goddamn prom dress,” he tweeted.

Hundreds of thousands of tweets poured in, both in support of Daum and against her. On Tuesday, Daum dug in and defended her sartorial decision.

“To everyone causing so much negativity: I mean no disrespect to the Chinese culture,” she tweeted. “Im simply showing my appreciation to their culture. Im not deleting my post because Ive done nothing but show my love for the culture. Its a fucking dress. And its beautiful.”

When this caused further outrage, Daum clarified, but still refused to apologize to those feigning outrage.

“I chose the dress because I admired it and its cultural history,” she told Yahoo Lifestyle. “Some argue cultural appropriation. However, it wasnt. I was in no way making fun of the culture. I was quite surprised because I did this out of love.”

I love this move by Daum. Not only did she look gorgeous in the dress, shes basically flipping the bird (politely) to her haters. This girls going far in life, I can just tell.

P.S.: I cant imagine how much of a low-life you have to be to bully a high school girl over a dress. Whatever happened the feminists who defend women against the system and stand up for their fashion choices? Bring them back.
