The Fortnite Season 7 Release Date finally arrived earlier this week and whilst the initial excitement around the games new skins, battle pass, planes and much more was well worth the hype, it was shortlived.
Now the attention has turned to the inevitable Season 7 Challenges and all the rewards that come with levelling up that battle pass with Battle Stars and XP.
As with previous seasons, the challenges are once again separated into those that are Free and those available via the Battle Pass.
There are three Free Challenges that anyone with a copy of the game can play. Whilst there are four Battle Pass Challenges that will only be accessible to players that purchase the 950 V-Buck Battle Pass.
Equally, the challenges are also separated into hard and regular tiers of difficulty, with the hard challenges offering up to 10 battle stars each compared to the standard 5.
For the most part, the Fortnite Season 7, Week 1 challenges are quite straightforward, made up of challenges like 'Search Ammo Boxes' and 'eliminating' fellow players.
But, there are two which might require some further help in order to get the job done. We'll start with the hardest: "Dance in different forbidden locations"
According to Fortnite Intel, there are 10, although we personally only managed to find seven in our time playing the game.
Thankfully, you only need to dance in front of 7 signs to complete the challenge.
The seven we found are listed below, once you find them, just give it a wiggly in front of the sign for it to count.
And remember as with all the challenges you need to finish the game for it to count, so no quitting early.
Fortnite Dance in different forbidden locations:
- One at the very tip of the new iceberg snow area, south of Frosty Flights.
- Another on the new ice section in B9 on the map grid, again south of Frosty Flights. It's next to a little purple tent.
- On top of a hill next to some ziplines. South of Dusty Divot and north of Salty Springs.
- The mountain mentioned previously that's found on C5 on the map grid. North West of Tilted towers.
- Junk Junction, next to the big metal Llama.
- At Lazy Links, under the pavilion out on the water.
- A hill at the midsection of Tomato Temple, Risky Reels and Wailing Woods. It's H3 on the map grid.

The second important challenge you might need help with has three stages. The first of which is "Dance on top of a crown of RVs".
This is relatively simple. First, you'll need to head to the bottom right corner of the map – H9 if you're looking at the map coordinates from above.
In the top right corner of the square, in Paradise Palms, you'll notice one rocky outcrop is taller than the others.
The outcrop has a circle of RVs embedded in the rock – you simply need to land (or get ) in the middle of the vehicles and start dancing. Step one of the challenge will be complete.
For Stage 2, you need to dance on a metal turtle, which is found near Lonely Lodge (J4). Again, land on top, have a boogie with your best dancing emote and you'll unlock the final stage.
To complete the challenge entirely you need to dance on a Submarine, which is found in the new snowy area (B8). Again, dance on the Submarine and it's over. Mission complete.
