FIFA 19 Futties event was unveiled earlier this week and for those of you who are new to EA Sports FIFA series for the first time, here's a quick recap.
Futties is a yearly event in the FIFA game calendar and it's a bit of an odd one. There's no official description for the event, but GamesRadar's go to FIFA fanatic Ben Willson sums it up nicely:
"Futties is FIFAs somewhat unconventional end-of-season awards, where those whove become cult heroes in videogame terms get their due rewards – irrespective of performances in real life." Cheers Ben!
Well, Futties is underway now and the games first vote will be decided later today. This is only the first vote, however, and theres plenty more on offer too throughout the event (details of which is found towards the bottom of the page).
With this being the first vote, you might still need to know how to get involved. You'll find that key detail just below.
For now, keep this page bookmarked, we'll be updating it constantly with new Futties nominee's as they're revealed along with the winners.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
During the first 5 weeks of the campaign youll have the opportunity to vote for FUTTIES players from multiple categories. On select days during the campaign, you will find a Player Pick in your account when you log in. The Player Pick will contain 3 FUTTIES nominees, as one match loan items with their base ratings. Nominees include some of the most popular players from the past season. The nominee player you select will count as your vote. The winner will be released through an SBC as an upgraded FUTTIES Winner item. The nominee items will not automatically upgrade.

Best Of Packs
Some of the best Special Items from FUT 19 (excluding TOTY) will be re-released during FUTTIES! The players will be added to packs in 3 batches. The first batch will be released on July 3rd, the second batch on July 17th and the third batch, which will include some of the top players from the first two batches, will be released on July 31st.
