Davina McCall looked happy and healthy on a recent night out at the darts.
Davina was seen laughing and joking with pal Ben Shephard at the 2018 William Hill PDC World Darts Championships at Alexandra Palace.
The 50-year-old beamed during the match, taking selfies and reacting to the results as the two favourites came out on top.
Her outing comes just days after making a heartfelt post online about being lonely at Christmas.
In a video message, she said: ‘I’m sending everybody a great big Christmassy hug,’ she adde.d ‘It’s only a day, and if you are feeling terrible, cuddle up with a duvet, make yourself some food as that’s a nice act of self-love, and go watch some funny Christmas films.
‘Lots of love, and I’ll be back at some point on Instagram this week.’
Also in a recent interview, Davina opened up about how she feels about her own body image.

Chatting with former Glamour editor Jo Elvin and co-host James Williams on the podcast Is It Just Me? the 50-year-old mother of three revealed as she gets older and goes through the menopause she’s learnt ‘women don’t care if they appeal to men’ as she also admitted she’s reached a time in her life that is more of a rebirth.
She said: ‘It’s a weird thing where women go, “what do I want?” We’ve been selfless, we’ve looked after other people.’ Comparing the attitude of middle-aged women to that of the opposite sex, she said: ‘Women think, “…I want to feel amazing in myself, and I want to be the version of myself I can be.”
‘Whereas guys think, “Am I losing my allure? Where am I going, what’s my job?” That’s a mid life crisis for a guy.’
