Cheryl and Liam Payne recently confirmed their split, after a two-year relationship.
And it seems as though the 35-year-old – who shares son Bear with the Bedroom Floor singer – has turned to yoga in a bid to get her mind clear, following their break-up.
An insider reportedly claimed: Cheryl has really taken to yoga, its been keeping her in shape and giving her peace of mind.
Which is fair enough.
The source added to the Mirror that the Fight For This Love singer loves the workout regime.
Chezza has kept herself out of the limelight since giving birth to her first child, last year.
But, following her relationship with the 24-year-old coming to an end, she returned to the spotlight in style at pal Simon Cowells Syco party.
In fact, she stole the spotlight from the X Factor judge as she turned up to his bash, at the Victoria & Albert Museum, in a dreamy orange gown.

The former Girls Aloud star confirmed her split from Liam on Twitter, the day after her birthday.
We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. It's been a tough decision for us to make. We still have so much love for each other as a family. Bear is our world and we ask that you respect his privacy as we navigate our way through this together.

The former couple previously raised eyebrows after it appeared Cheryls now-ex had forgotten her big day, as he didnt post a message for her birthday.
Awkward.
She then shared a message on 1 July, telling her followers: We are sad to announce that we are going our separate ways. Its been a tough decision for us to make.
