The father of Britney Spears, Jamie Spears, will reportedly still continue to be her conservator.
The singer has been under a conservatorship since 2008, which has been overseen by her father, looking after her wellbeing and financial affairs.
But since this spring, there has been controversy and drama surrounding the future of the conservatorship, with the latest court hearing taking place on 18 September.
Britneys mother, Lynne, reportedly told the court at the hearing that she wanted Jamie out as conservator, but the judge rejected her claims, according to a source from TMZ.
The source also claimed that the judge decided that Jamie will continue as conservator of Britneys estate, and will still oversee all of her finances and business affairs. Jamie had previously stepped down from overseeing the 37-year-olds wellbeing and medical care, hiring care manager Jodi Montgomery as appointed conservator until January 2020.

Prior to that, it was previously reported that Britneys ex-husband, Kevin Federline, had filed for a restraining order against Jamie after he allegedly physically abused Britneys oldest son, 13-year-old Sean Preston.
Kevin had accused the 66-year-old of breaking down a door and grabbing Sean during the alleged incident, according to TMZ.
TMZ also claim that the Ventura County District Attorneys Office said they found insufficient evidence to charge Jamie.
The relationship between Britney and her father is also reportedly said to be strained, with sources also telling the publication that the hitmaker has not spoken to her father since the alleged incident, with some claiming they were no longer on speaking times before then.
This comes just after Britney previously attended the Daytime Beauty Awards with boyfriend Sam Asghari a few days prior, with the mum of two spending less than a minute on the red carpet before requesting to leave.
