Bill Cosby was seen being led away in hand cuffs after being sentenced to three top 10 years in prison for sexual assault.
The 81-year-old kept his head down as he carried his walking stick in one hand, while flanked by police and his own team, as he was taken to Montgomery County Correctional Facility before being transferred to prison.
He had just learnt his fate, after Judge Steven T. ONeill sentenced the actor to serve time in state prison after he was found guilty of the sexual assault of Andrea Constand.

Judge ONeill said, according to TMZ: Im not permitted to treat him any differently based on who he is or who he was.
He added: As she [Constand] said, Mr. Cosby, you took her beautiful, healthy young spirit and crushed it.

The judge then told Constand, who was present in court: I heard the very clear impact on your life. If Cosby serves his full sentence, hell be 91 when released.
Cosby was also deemed a sexually violent predator in the hearing and will now be placed under lifetime registration with state police, lifetime sex offender counseling and a community notification will also be given.

If I went from a city to another city, do I have to – even if its just overnight – I have to get in touch with the state police, Cosby asked Commonwealth attorney Stewart Ryan during the session.
Outside court, his spokesperson Andrew Wyatt slammed the judicial system and accused them of racism.
He told waiting reporters: They persecuted Jesus and look what happened. Not saying Mr. Cosby is Jesus, but we know what this country has done to black men for centuries.
While Gloria Allred, who represented many of Cosbys accusers, addressed those waiting.

She said: This has been a long journey to justice for all of the accusers. Were glad the judgment day has finally come for Mr. Cosby.
During the sentencing hearing, which began on Monday in the US, Judge ONeill heard from both the defense and the prosecution, as well as testimony and victim impact statements from the women, who have accused Cosby.

The actor was accused by dozens of women for sexual misconduct, stemming from over the decades, however, Constands allegations are the only ones that have resulted in criminal charges.
The jury – made up of seven men and five women – deliberated for 14 hours in April following the two-week retrial at Montgomery County Courthouse in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

The jurors spent 12 days hearing lawyers arguments and testimony from witnesses, including Constand and five other women, who claimed they were also drugged and sexually assaulted by the comedian.
During the sentencing hearing, it was expected defense attorneys pointed to Cosbys age – he is 81 – declining health, and the fact that this is his first criminal conviction to try and persuade the judge to offer a shorter sentence.
