David Beckham is to go on trial for allegedly speeding in west London earlier this year.
The former England footballer is accused of driving a Bentley at 59mph in a 40mph zone on the A40 in Paddington on 23 January.
His case is listed to be heard on Tuesday at Lavender Hill Magistrates' Court in Battersea, south west London.
However, as this hearing is just administrative it will be held behind closed doors alongside several similar cases with only a magistrate and a legal adviser present.
A not guilty plea was entered on 17 August, according to the court list.
If Beckham is found guilty he could receive three points on his licence and have to pay a fine of up to £1,000.
Beckham and his wife, Victoria, who own a home in west London's exclusive Holland Park, are believed to have a joint net worth of £670m.
The former England captain is a known car enthusiast, with a fleet of about 21 cars, including a few Bentleys worth hundreds of thousands of pounds each.

It is not know which Bentley he was driving when he was allegedly caught speeding.
In Los Angeles, where he played for LA Galaxy and owns a home, he is often seen driving a McLaren MP4-12C and a Ferrari 360 Spider.
