Its been an incredibly tough few days for Ariana Grande, so its no surprise the popstar looked downcast earlier today.
The Thank U, Next singer was spotted leaving the NBC Studios in New York City on Tuesday, looking chic in a black fur coat teamed with a pair of thigh-high boots, and her hair styled in her trademark ponytail.
In her Instagram Stories, Ariana confirmed she had recorded an episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon alongside the former First Lady Michelle Obama.
Its the first time Ariana, 25, has been pictured out and about since her ex-fiance, Pete Davidson, posted a concerning message on social media at the weekend.
In the Instagram post, the Saturday Night Live comedian said he didnt want to be on this earth anymore. However, the NYPD carried out a welfare check on the actor and found him to be safe and well at work in the SNL studios.

Ariana reportedly rushed to see Pete, 25, after learning of his message but TMZ claimed she was turned away by her ex, whom she split from in October after four months of dating.
In a now-deleted tweet, Ariana had tweeted a message to Pete, which read: Im downstairs and Im not going anywhere if you need anyone or anything. I know you have everyone you need and thats not me, but Im here too.
Petes upsetting post came in the midst of Arianas Twitter row with Kanye West, who suggested her joke about his rant weighed on his mental health.
The Imagine singer issued a sincere apology to the rapper and called for everyone to stop weaponising the issue of mental health.

Getting back to business, Ariana is currently promoting her new break-up ballad Imagine and has announced a new set of tour dates for 2019 following the release of her latest album, Sweetener, earlier this year.
However, fans in the UK were left disappointed this week when pre-sale tickets sold out within minutes.
