Ant McPartlin has bought a new London house following his divorce – but the move will take him away from neighbour and BFF Declan Donnelly.
The 42-year-old is said to have bought a new £5 million pad in South London, 30 minutes from Dec who he lived next door to, with ex-wife Lisa Armstrong believed to be staying in the couples marital home.
It comes after this week he was granted a divorce from wife of 11 years Lisa, after admitting adultery on the court papers.
Ant is very excited about his new house, a source told The Sun: The next couple of months will be difficult for him, given hes not in Australia with Dec for Im A Celebrity.
But this house provides him a fresh start.

Its believed he plans to throw himself into renovating the home before he goes back to work next year.
The presenter has had a difficult year, having entered rehab after struggling with a two-year addiction to painkillers following a knee operation in 2015.
Then in April he was banned from the road for 20 months and fined £86,000 for driving while more than twice the legal limit following a three-car smash in South West London earlier that month.
He later announced he was stepping back from TV commitments and will not appear on the next series of Im a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!, as well as Saturday Night Takeaway and the live shows of Britains Got Talent.
Hes currently dating Anne-Marie Corbett. She reportedly will not be moving into the new home with him, but does live close by with her children.

Luckily, Dec is still close by, even though not neighbours, so still plenty of time for Ant and Dec dates.
