Allison Mack and five other members of alleged cult NCIVM returned to court today as more alleged details about the groups actions were revealed.
While Mack and founder Keith Raniere have already been charged with sex trafficking and forced labour conspiracy, they faced extra charges today as they appeared in United States District Court in Brooklyn.
They appeared alongside other members who were arrested on Tuesday, Clare Bronfman, Nancy Salzman and her daughter Lauren and Kathy Russell.
All six are now being charged with racketeering conspiracy, while Raniere, Mack and Lauren Salzman were also being charged with wire fraud.
They have pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Other details have emerged in court, however, alongside previous allegations that leaders of the cult including Mack branded members.
Raniere and Lauren Salzman have been accused of trafficking a victim before confining her to a room for nearly two years as punishment.

A statement released by the US Attorneys Office read: The victim was confined to a room in Clifton Park, New York, for nearly two years as punishment for having romantic feelings for a man who was not Raniere.
The victim was told that if she left the room she would be sent to Mexico without any identification documents.
As threatened, she was driven to Mexico and her family was instructed by co-conspirators, including Lauren Salzman, not to send the victim her identification documents.
The six members have all entered pleas of not guilty to the charges against them, which are said to carry lengthy prison sentences.
Mack is reported to have been involved with supplying slaves to 57-year-old Keith Raniere, the leader of an American self-help sex cult organisation called NXIVM.
The 35-year-old Smallville actress – who is currently on home arrest after posting $5million bond – has been accused of being a key player and second-in-charge of a diabolical secret sisterhood called DOS, involving exploitation, blackmail and the branding of Ranieres name on victims skin, as well as, its been claimed, her initials.
According to The Daily Beast, the United States Attorney wrote that Mack had been charged with using force, fraud, and coercion to recruit and maintain DOS slaves, and instructing those slaves to engage in sexual acts with Raniere, among other assignments.
The defendant aggressively recruited DOS slaves and required those slaves to recruit slaves of their own.

The cult DOS, which loosely translates to Master Over the Slave Women, was said to be run by Raniere with Mack claimed to have been the 2IC.
On Tuesday FBI Assistant Director-in-Charge William Sweeney said in a statement in regards to the current charges: As alleged, this long-running conspiracy crossed multiple avenues of criminal activity, which included, among other things, electronic monitoring; identity theft; extortion; victim smuggling; and illegal trafficking of a victim after a period of unlawful confinement.
The details of these alleged crimes become more and more grim as we continue to dig deeper into the conduct of this organization and its intended mission.
Todays superseding indictment highlights our commitment to bringing justice to Nxivms many victims.
Today the trial was pushed from 1 Oct to 1 Jan, 2019, and it is likely to last four-six weeks.
