Alec Baldwin has emerged following an alleged incident earlier today, looking less than impressed leaving a New York police station.
NYPD confirmed to Metro.co.uk the 30 Rock actor had been charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment and will appear in court later this month.
He has been released in the meantime.
Earlier on Friday Alec was arrested after he allegedly punched a man in the face over a parking spot disagreement, believed to be on the corner of 10th Street and 5th Avenue in the city.
NYPD confirmed the 60-year-old SNL star was taken into the precinct, however it was several hours before charges were made following the disagreement.
They also confirmed a 49-year-old man was taken to hospital following the altercation in which he was allegedly struck in the face, and remained in a stable condition.
