After more than 10 years on the market, the house that was used as the façade for Kris Jenners house on Keeping Up With The Kardashians has gone under the hammer for $5.25million (£4.1million).
In an interesting take, the show has been on the air for more than 10 years. Hmmm were not sensing a standoffishness from the punters who may have wanted to not live in a house people thought was owned by Kris Jenner…
The expansive property, named the Iredell Estate, is located in Studio Citys Fryman Canyon Estates in California, and was most recently listed with Josh Altman, Matt Altman and Jacob Greene of Douglas Elliman.
Those lads deserve a pat on the back for finally shifting this palacial pile – even though they had to hack millions from the asking price, after it was originally listed for nearly $9,995,000 (£7.8million) according to Mail Online.

But…but the house is famous! Youd think people would be scrambling to live in its snazzy charm.
Seems not and according to Zillow, the seven-bed, nine-bath house went through a series of estate agents and price drops. First down to $7.8million (£6.1million), before failing to sell and being shifted once more to a new agency who seems to have it on the market for $6,495,000 (£5million).
Perhaps no one was as keen to snap up the house knowing it was just the exterior of the abode used on the show and Kris Jenner never actually lived here. Nor any Kardashian. Not one of them. They probably have never even set foot in the place.
Kim had previously explained by the house was used as the exterior shot, as she said their own homes couldnt be used for security purposes.
Which is fair.
I would get people showing up at all hours ringing my gate and had to call the police on several occasions, Kardashian said previously to a fan. People [hopping] the gate and scaring me. It was so unsafe. The Hollywood Star Tours would stop by too, [because] they recognised my home from our show.
After that we realised how unsafe it is to show the exterior of our homes. So now we use different homes for the outside for security purposes.
AKA this home. Which, luckily for the rich new owners, is set behind some massive gates so its fairly hard for keen KUWTK fans to sneak over the boundary.

The whole place – which has also featured on Chelsea Lately, True Blood and American Horror Story – is set on a Mediterranean-inspired estate which boasts a gourmet chefs kitchen and breakfast room (a room for all your meals?!) which features two chandeliers and three sinks.
Because you can never have too many chandeliers. Or sinks, for that matter.

In a house that really is fit for Kris Jenner, weve also got an opulent dining room, a screening room for all those episodes of KUWTK, a wine cellar and outdoor kitchen for al fresco eating.
Theres also a four-car garage for all those Lambos, and a fountain which is just bougie AF.
The only thing missing is Kris.
