SINGAPORE – Content is king. And the "queen" behind popular K-drama Kingdom is Kim Eun-hee, who also wrote crime thriller series Signal (2016) by tvN, one of South Korea's top cable television networks.
Certainly, the appeal of K-dramas lies much in their strong stories, penned by talented and prolific screenwriters such as Ms Kim, 48, who goes to great lengths to connect with the characters she creates.
