A homeowner in the US is taking her anti-Trump views to the next level – she won't sell her property to anyone who supports the controversial President.
The house in Sacramento, California has been in the same family for decades – but the owner has made the rare condition clear to her estate agent.
The woman, who does not want her real name released for fear of retaliation, said of the property: "She entertained people from all walks of life."
"I told her (the estate agent]) that I didn't want her to sell it to a Trump supporter," said the owner, quoted by KOVR-TV.
The agent, Elizabeth Weintraub, said it could be difficult to screen potential buyers based on politics.
"We can ask somebody how they voted, but they don't have to tell us," she said.
Ms Weintraub added that the "no Trump supporter" request was a first for her.
However the specific condition may be illegal, according to one lawyer.
Allen Sawyer said: "That's an unlawful contractual term that infringes the freedom of association and First Amendment rights."
The Fair Housing Act forbids sellers from discriminating against potential buyers based on race, colour, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or nationality.
But it does not say anything about political preference.
"People have a right to believe what they want to believe and they shouldn't be restricted from purchasing property based on that," said Mr Sawyer.
Despite the legal issues, another estate agent Ryan Lundquist said the seller may be limiting the pool of potential buyers.
He noted that "39% of voters voted for Donald Trump in the Sacramento region. That's an absolute fact."
However, for this particular homeowner, that may not matter.

She said the point was more important than the money.
"When you're talking about principals, morals, and ethics, it's very very deep," said the vendor.
