Rodrigo Alves has undergone £508,000 worth of cosmetic surgery to achieve his one-of-a-kind Ken Doll image.
So he might be a bit peeved to discover that somebody else is being mistaken for him – and its not Barbies plastic boyfriend.
David Walliams has nominated himself as Roddys official lookalike after joking that he was his doppelganger.
On 15 August, the day before CBB began, the Britains Got Talent judge tweeted a picture of the Brazilian reality star and wrote: Ive had a tiny bit of work done, but luckily I dont think anyone will notice…
But he may have regretted his little joke, as apparently when Rodrigo went into the Big Brother house, people began realising he was the spitting image of a certain Little Britain star. (Again, we say – apparently.)

David tweeted Rodrigos official CBB pic and wrote: Yes I know I look like him. You can all stop telling me. Thank you.
Hey, David, you could do worse – although we reckon youre four ribs away from being identical to Roddy.
Rodrigo has undergone £508,000 worth of cosmetic surgery, including ten nose jobs after having his first at 19.
He has had four ribs removed so he can fit in blazers better, fillers injected into his shoulders, abs, triceps and biceps, a hair implant, a brow lift, an eye lift, and cheek implants.
Rodrigo also had his ears pinned back and his jawline reshaped, as well as getting a Brazilian bum lift fat transfer and a calf shaping procedure. Yep, that apparently exists.
However, all that surgery has taken its toll, as Rodrigo admitted that his ten nose jobs have left him with no sense of smell.

He also revealed that he needs constant access to eye drops, as if his peepers – which he changed from brown to blue via a procedure in India – get too dry, he cannot see.
We dont think David has the same problems.
