Pokemon GO Gen 4 is now a matter of days, possibly hours away from release following the latest update from Niantic.
As many trainers well know, last night Niantic rolled out the new iOS and Android update to the game.
This ostensibly added all Generation 4 Sinnoh region pokemon to the game, made clear by the patch notes for the new update, which read:
"Pokemon originally discovered in the Sinnoh region are arriving in Pokemon GO."
And following on, the notorious Pokemon GO leaker Chrales took to Twitch to stream a whole bunch of the new Gen 4 sprites.

But, Generation 4 isn't here yet. And whilst we wait for Niantic to flip the switch and force the release of all 107 new Sinnoh region mons.
However, there is something you can do in the meantime, because there are a lot of Pokemon who are simply evolutions of existing Pokemon already in the game.
So all you need to do at the moment is stock up on existing Pokemon already in the game.
You catch those Pokemon and stock up on as many candy as possible. Especially when some of these evolutions might require upwards of 100 candy.
