SINGAPORE – A cripplingly long queue to enter the Neon Lights festival grounds caused tickets holders to miss some of the music acts on Saturday (Nov 23).
Many took to Facebook to complain about the almost two-hour wait for the sold-out festival that was expecting a crowd of 7,000.
