Along with the new Fortnite update is the week 3 challenges and there are some more tricky tasks for players to complete.
There are seven challenges in total, but you only need to complete four of them to get the XP reward.
Epic Games confirmed during the launch of the season 3 Battle Pass that the weekly challenges will stack, so any of them can be completed at any time before the season ends.
This means that you can still complete challenges from previous weeks including dancing in forbidden locations and the crab, fox and llama challenge.
Fortnite week 3 challenges
- Harvest building resources with a pickaxe
- Deal damage with Suppressed Weapons to opponents
- Search Chests in Junk Junction
- Land on different Bullseyes
- Follow the treasure map found in Snobby Shores
- Crossbow Eliminations
- Eliminate opponents in Salty Springs
How to complete the Snobby Shores treasure map challenge
If you want to find the treasure map in Snobby Shores it can be found near one of the chests which we have circled in blue in the map at the bottom.
However, if you want to skip straight towards completing the challenge then this is what the week 3 map looks like.
The red circle in the map below shows you where the treasure map picture leads you to.
If you head towards this spot you will find a Battle Star and once you have collected it you have completed the challenge.
