With two children and another on the way, we do put a big demand on our wifi and its only going to be put under more pressure.
Weve got two laptops, two iPads, three phones, the TV and Sky Box, Alexa, our Philips Hue System (which works the lights on an app) and a smartplug. When were all at home and theyre all on, we used to nd that things slowed down.
Isabella, four, likes to ask Alexa for Baby Shark, Poppy wants to watch Peter Rabbit on CBeebies, while Tom might be finishing off work on his phone.
Before we tried BT Complete Wi-Fi, we had a dodgy signal in the two top rooms – the bathroom and my daughter Poppys room.
YouTube and iPlayer were slow to load, especially with impatient children who dont understand it can take a while. But since setting this up, we immediately noticed things were downloading at the click of a finger. There are now less tantrums as the girls dont have to wait for things to download.

Isabella understands things are loading when she sees that wheel going round, but Poppy, who is two, has no tolerance for it.
The biggest difference has been having wi-fi signal in those upstairs blackspots – and its a bonus to have wi-fi in the garden at last.
We put a disc in the furthest point of the kitchen, so now if I want to send a work email while keeping an eye on the kids outside its easy to do that. Now well be able to FaceTime the grandparents in the summer and show them what mischief the girls are getting up to out there.
Theres no way wed have been able to do that before – we live in a village with no 3G.
And now weve got a signal all over the house its so much easier for the family to keep in touch. Tom would often FaceTime to let us know when hed be home from work just as I was putting Poppy to sleep and itd go in and out of signal, but now he can say goodnight to her if hes going to be late.
Tom is a real sports fan and with our new wi-fi he finds it much easier to watch it on his phone.
Before, itd be hard to load so wed all have to sit and watch boring football matches on the telly, which caused some protests from us girls.
Now, he can disappear upstairs and watch endless sports – golf, cricket, football… hell watch anything.
He has his peace and quiet, or rather he leaves us in peace to watch a kids film together.
If I get a spare moment, Ill catch up on police dramas such as The Bay and Line Of Duty or watch a film while Im having a relaxing bath because we now have wi-fi up there. At Read More – Source
