It wasnt quite a Destination Wedding for Keanu and Winona (Picture: Kevin Winter/Getty Images)

Winona Ryder and Keanu Reeves might have held one of Hollywoods best-kept secrets.

Until now that is.

The Hollywood stars have revealed the happy – translation, bizarre – news that they might actually be married in real life. However, perhaps the strangest part is that their unwitting fans might have watched their wedding ceremony unfold on screen.

Go figure.

According to Winona, 46, she and Keanu, 53, may have tied the knot way back in 1992 while filming their movie Dracula.

Erm, sorry Win but were going to need all the details.

Explaining how something so momentous could have gone unnoticed for 26 years, Winona told Entertainment Weekly: We actually got married in Dracula. No, I swear to god I think were married in real life.

In that scene, Francis [Ford Coppola] used a real Romanian priest. We shot the master and he did the whole thing. So I think were married.

Keanu, who joined Winona in the interview to – ironically – promote their new movie Destination Wedding, joked: Its lovely to see you again.

Theres just one problem with Winonas revelation as Keanu cant quite remember saying I Do. The Matrix actor asked his possible wife: We said yes? to which Winona replied: Dont you remember that? It was on Valentines Day.

How romantic.

Once the realisation sunk in, Keanu replied: Oh my gosh, were married.

Oh my gosh, indeed. These two may need to book their long overdue honeymoon, pronto.

More: Keanu Reeves

Aside from Winona, Keanu married his IRL wife, Jennifer Syme, in 1998 but they divorced in 2002. Winona has never walked down the aisle but has been in a relationship with Scott Mackinlay Hahn since 2011.
You can potentially watch them tie the knot again in Destination Wedding, which hits cinemas on 21 August.
