Supreme drag queen RuPaul has turned countless iconic looks, but the PVC corset, matching boots and blonde wig she wore to launch MACs Viva Glam initiative is arguably the most memorable.

Now, as the campaign reaches its 25th anniversary, the make-up company have recreated their first campaign with none other than supermodel Winnie Harlow.

Donning Mama Rus famous thigh high boots and even higher hair, Winnie has even recreated the original poster in which Ru uses her own body to spell out Viva Glam.

RuPaul was chosen to launch the Viva Glam campaign – which donates the sales of a specific lipstick to charities fighting HIV/AIDS – in 1994 because of his connection and resonance to the LGBTQ+ community.

Since then Viva Glam lipsticks have made over $500 million (over £384 million) for charity and attracted huge name celebs to create their own lipsticks. Miley Cyrus, Sia, Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande have all appeared in their own Viva Glam campaigns over the last 25 years.
