Im really beginning to think the Man in Blacks speech about knowing death might be the greatest moment weve had so far in “Westworld.”

Last night, I rewatched the fourth episode of Season Two, and I was just as stunned as when I watched it Sunday. It was incredible from start to finish, but theres one scene that stands out above the rest.

It was the moment when the MiB watched the confederates terrorize Lawerences family and his wife, which the MiB had actually done himself in season one. We get to see the MiB struggle with his own morality of the situation, and then deliver one of the most badass lines weve ever seen. (RELATED:
THE TWIST ENDING OF THE LATEST WESTWORLD WAS ABSOLUTELY INSANE)

“You think you know death, but you dont … You didnt recognize him sitting across from you this whole time,” the Man in Black said moments before slashing Major Craddocks throat.

Youre not a true fan if that scene doesnt give you some serious chills. Everything about it was mind-blowing. The dialogue, the action and the way Ed Harris delivered it all.

Its going to take a lot to beat out this scene, but I have a feeling that HBO will get it done.
