Naughty Dog are finally getting ready to talk about The Last Of Us Part II and it looks like there might be new footage as early as next week.

Rumours have been going around for the past week about new footage of The Last Of Us Part II being shown in Madrid next month, bat sadly that was recently debunked by Sony themselves.

Earlier in the week, a Spanish PlayStation blog mentioned that Naughty Dogs new game would be exhibited at the Madrid Games Week, along with other titles such as MediEvil and Nioh 2, but it turns out it was all just a mistake.

But despite that there is still a chance youll get to see some new footage this month.

A media event in L.A. is known to be scheduled for Tuesday, 24 September and while that would normally mean that only press get to see whatevers there it also happens to be the same day as the next State of Play, Sonys version of a Nintendo Direct.

This will be the first State of Play since May, so they dont come along often, and it being scheduled on the same day as the press event is highly suspicious. So we think its safe to speculate that everyone will be seeing more of The Last Of Us Part II next week.
