SINGAPORE – Mimi, which opened more than a month ago in a conserved building in Clarke Quay formerly occupied by VLV, shares a likeness to its predecessor.
Like the now defunct VLV, it is a modern Chinese restaurant that occupies the building's second floor. And it too is part of a multi-concept space.
