PewDiePie fans were taken aback when the YouTuber suddenly delivered on his 12-hour Minecraft live-stream promise after saying he was going live for a bit.

Bit of an understatement there.

The Swedish YouTube star, who recently hit 100 million subscribers, joked he would be streaming for 100 hours on DLive before confirming he was only in for the original 12-hour plan – not that it seems like easy work.

Meanwhile, clearly in need of passing the time, the star shared a story from his stag do, when he and his pals went paintballing.

The guys that ran the paintball [place] said “Im just gonna shout free for all” and anyone can shoot anyone, he recalled, before pointing out that he and his YouTube friends JackSepticEye and Dave Brown (BoyInABand) simply ran away.

If there was war, wed be the ones running, he joked. Wed be the ones f***ing p***ying out.

The star made good on his promise of a 12 hour live stream and the fattest brofist once he returned from his honeymoon after celebrating the huge milestone.

However, some fans were left disappointed he didnt announce it was happening.

Speaking about the achievement in his first video after hitting the 100 million mark, he revealed his rare Red Diamond YouTube plaque, saying: I know a lot of people wanted a custom reward, but I dont care.

Looking pretty close to tearing up, Felix added: This is awesome. And of course, thank you YouTube. Where would I be without you?

He went on to remind people to subscribe, adding: Were trying to hit a thousand million. Is that a billion? Oh my god. Lets get it. We have to beat…nah Im just kidding.

Felix hit the milestone a few months after his competitor T-Series, immediately after marrying his long-time love Marzia Bisognin in an intimate ceremony at Londons Kew Gardens.

However, not everything has been smooth sailing with him recently, after he rescinded a donation to ADL (the Anti-Defamation League) following fan backlash.
