Nina Dobrev is a girl after our own hearts.
The Vampire Diaries actress says she eats regularly in order to be a nicer person.
In an interview with Womens Health, the 29-year-old spoke about how shes changed her eating habits in recent years to match her workout schedule.
She revealed that she eats every two hours because: I feel healthier. Youre happier when your body is full, your brain functions better, and youre a nicer person.
I would get hangry, I think, because I was so busy running around that I wasnt the best version of myself.
She admitted that she switched up her routine two years ago after feeling like she was skinny fat. Instead of just doing hot yoga, she now tries to do a different form of exercise daily – and walking her dog counts.

I need to sweat every single day somehow, even if its just in the steam room, Nina admitted.
Some days are better than others, Ill be honest with you, she continued. Some days, [beloved dog] Maverick gets a shorter walk than she probably deserves, if Im running late or dont have it together or press the snooze button 18 times too many.

If she wasnt already sounding like your new BFF, Nina even admitted that she struggles with pressure from her parents to have children.
When I do have a family, I can focus my full energy on that, but Im not ready for it yet, she said, adding: In 10 years, hopefully, I will be – for my mums sake. My mum wanted me to have a baby 10 years ago. She gets me baby clothes for Christmas every year. Shes like, “Hint, hint, nudge, nudge!”
