Gamescom has always been described as Europes equivalent of E3 and just like E3 it seems like this years event is going to be unusually quiet, with many publishers either not attending or not showing anything new. But not EA.

Although FIFA 20 and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will obviously be there, so too will be the much-rumoured new Need For Speed and perhaps also Plants Vs. Zombies – both of which are due out this year.

Neither are exactly a secret but at the same time they havent been officially announced, just vaguely referenced during financial results to investors – which is whats happened again with this latest info.

Thats assumed to be Garden Warfare 3, or something like it, but it sounds like itll be unveiled in a few weeks time and out in time for Christmas.
