Mike Thalassitis has now completed a post-Love Island ritual in the pantheons of reality fame, by opening a kebab shop.
The 25-year-old Love Island and Celebs Go Dating star looked pretty glum as he was shown around during the launch of the German Doner Kebab restaurant in Moseley Road, Birmingham.
He was also joined by fellow Love Island co-star Danielle Sellers, because you can’t have a cheeky kebab solo style.
After opening the establishment, Mike said in an interview: ‘I am loving GDK, normally I would only have a kebab after a night out as I spend a lot of time in the gym.

‘Knowing that I’m getting my protein hit and it tastes amazing is a total bonus.’
Previous Love Island contestants Jess and Dom have also launched a kebab shop, facing some criticism from Amber Davies who was left ‘speechless’ upon the news.
Writing in new! Magazine, Amber wrote: ‘I was a bit speechless when I first heard, I must admit! But at the time of writing my column they’d had second thoughts and pulled out.
‘We got offered a lot of job opportunities, but I don’t think I would accept that one.’
We imagine Mike’s appearance was also a comedown after reportedly earning over £1 million since leaving Love Island – every little helps, maybe?
Mike was last seen on Celebs Go Dating, being grilled by dating guru Nadia Essex.
