Well, it is basically a free holiday.

I gained around two stone. I enjoyed myself in the villa and I didnt exercise a lot, he explained to the publication.

I liked to treat myself every now and again with food. Im hoping to start training again soon. I find it good, physically and mentally. I need to sort my diet out, thats the main thing.

And the professional dancer admitted he would be chasing brother – and Strictly Come Dancing favourite – AJ Pritchard for some tips on how to tone up.

You can work out but if you dont have a meal plan with a decent diet youve got no chance, he continued.

Hopefully AJ will give me some tips on getting a six-pack back.

But AJ might want to hold off on those tips, after Curtis hinted he would be keen to join him on the Strictly dancefloor.

Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, the Dancing With The Stars pro told us: If it came up then, depending on the time, perhaps I wouldnt say no to it.

You know, dancing is something I love to do. Its not a little hobby, its in my blood. My dad was a dancer, my brother is, I am. Weve all done it so much and I wouldnt say no to it.
