Social media star Lil Tays Instagram has been wiped yet again after disturbing allegations of abuse were posted online.
In a string of posts shared on the nine-year-olds Instagram account, which is followed by 2.5 million people, an unknown poster accused Tays father Christopher John Hope of abusive behaviour.
Hope has issued a cease and desist letter to Instagram, denying the allegations and resulting in the posts removal.
One of the posts alleged Hope handed [Tay] a court order forcing her to go to his home in Canada in which she was constantly abused by Hope and his wife. He banned her off social media because he was afraid she would expose the TRUTH to the world, the truth of what he has done and hasnt been punished for.
For the past few months, he has been trying to destroy Tay and her mothers life for his own financial gain…
Another post claimed that late rapper XXXTentacion was supposed to pick up Tay at the airport for a charity event on the day he was murdered, but Hope stopped his daughter from going to Florida.

The poster alleged: If Christopher John Hope had let Tay go to Florida on June 18th X would have been at the airport instead of the motorcycle dealership and wouldve possibly not been set up on June 18th.
In a cease and desist letter acquired by The Blast, Hope alleged that Tays brother Jason Tian was behind the posts.
The letter to Instagram read: This account belongs to a minor, Claire Hope, aged 11 years old, born 29 July 2017. I am her father, with court-ordered final decision-making power in respect of matters concerning Claire.

Claires account has been taken over by her brother, Jingxian Sun, a.k.a. Jason Tian, also a minor. He has either personally, or encouraged others, or negligently allowed the account to be used by third parties, to conduct criminal extortion and harassment as well as the torts of defamation and libel. The content of the posts is patently and provably false and is outrageously defamatory. At present, Instagram is a party to those offenses by continuing to host the account and hold it in good standing.
A promoter who claims to work with Tay, Chris Jones, also told The Verge: The account has been hacked. I nor anyone have access to that account at the moment.

Tay, real name Claire, developed a huge online fanbase thanks to her youngest flexer of the century persona, with the pre-teen boasting about her wealth, spitting foul-mouthed verses and starting feuds with rappers including Bhad Bhabie.
