Liam Gallagher is taking the high road as he promises to invite his estranged brother Noel Gallagher to his upcoming wedding.
The former Oasis star has confirmed his engagement to long-time girlfriend Debbie Gwyther, whom he proposed to in Italys Amalfi Coast last month.
After a little encouragement from their mother, Peggy, Liam, 46, says he will send an invitation to his older brother Noel, 52, and his wife Sara MacDonald despite their decade-long feud.
In an interview with The Mirror, Liam revealed: Of course he will. My mam is like, “Youve got to invite him”.
And I will. Theyll get a little envelope through the door.
Although, the Dont Look Back In Anger singer doesnt have high hopes that Noel will RSVP yes, as he added: They wont come… but you never know – like I said before, they go to the opening of anything so as soon as they open it, itll be like, “Come on Noel, get your Dermot OLeary outfit on, were going out”.

He just couldnt resist throwing in a little jibe somewhere, of course.
While Noel merely gets an invite to the upcoming nuptials, his older brother Paul will serve as Liams best man.
According to Liam, his estranged sibling barely speaks to their mum or Paul so itll make for quite a reunion if Noel does turn up.
Whether Liam and Debbie get a wedding present is another question.
After seven years of dating, it was revealed last month that Liam had popped the question to Debbie while on a romantic holiday.
The former Beady Eye rocker admits he is buzzing to become husband-and-wife and said its third time lucky following his previous marriages to Patsy Kensit and Nicole Appleton.
