Katie Price appeared to be pulled over by police on Tuesday while driving a courtesy car.
Pictures show the 40-year-old sitting in the drivers seat of a silver BMW with a police officer approaching her window.
Its alleged that Katie refused to get out of the car after being told that she was still banned from driving.
Katie was given a six-month driving ban in February and she was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving in October.
According to eyewitnesses, the former Loose Women host looked visibly upset and distraught during the incident.
However, the police officer realised that Katie was no longer disqualified after checking the system and allowed her to continue with her journey.
Following her most recent arrest, the ex glamour model was taken to a police station and was released under investigation.

As a result of her driving ban in February, its said that Katie received six penalty points and a road ban after speeding.
