Hes graced stages across the globe for the best part of three decades, and hes been on camera strutting his stuff for nearly four.
So, youd think that Johnny Depp would be full of swagger on a stage in front of a small audience of his peers and the public in London.
But, it seems thats not the case at all, as the 55-year-old Blow star looked uncharacteristically uncomfortable as he took to the stage at the Kerrang! Awards 2018.
Having touched down in the UK for tour dates with supergroup The Hollywood Vampires, Johnny made his way on stage at the Islington Assembly Halls to present Joe Perry with the inspiration award.
Its an honour for me to be here to present this inspiration award ironically to the man who was the inspiration for me to pick up a guitar in the first place when I was a kid, Johnny told the assembled crowd.

Captured on camera by a member of the audience, he can be heard making a halting and mumbled introduction speech before Joe arrives to collect his award.
The actor can be seen fidgeting and looked slightly awkward during his time on the stage.
His brief sting on stage at the awards show came the same night that an interview with the sometime rock star and controversial actor was published by Rolling Stone.
Over 72 hours in his house in London, the magazine claims there was a never-ending reservoir of wine that is poured into goblets – backed up by Depps bombshell that it was insulting to say that I spent $30,000 on wine…because it was far more – and that Depp sits at the head of the table and motions toward some rolling papers and two equal piles of tobacco and hash.
Other admissions included his news that he once lived with a bank robber whom he gave crabs to after catching them in a Venice Beach hostel, and that he spent $5 million to shoot the ashes of Hunter S. Thompson out of a canon.

He also revealed that he used to take bootleg quaaludes with arsenic in them so the high was far more immediate and that he believed that the US Army would have caught Osama Bin Laden much quicker if they had dropped LSD over Pakistan.
You get a bunch of fucking planes, big fucking planes that spray shit, and you drop LSD 25, he told the magazine.
You saturate the fucking place. Every single thing will walk out of their cave smiling, happy.
