John and Hank Green – known to many as the Vlogbrothers – have raised a whopping $1.5 million (£1.17 million) for their annual Project For Awesome.
Were living for YouTubers using their popularity for good (or For Awesome).
The brothers, who have a YouTube following of more than 3million, led the two day long project.
They also fronted the ongoing livestream, which saw plenty of the pairs YouTube pals, including troublesome trio Grace Helbig, Mamrie Hart and Hannah Hart, musician and former Vine star Thomas Sanders, and everyones fave musical quartet, the Gregory Brothers, helping out.
The project, which began back in 2007, encourages the pairs viewers – or nerdfighters – to upload videos promoting their favourite charity.
Then, the community votes for their favourite charities while donating money and, at the end of the two days, the money is split between them.

Its a wholesome fun time all round.
Both brothers took to social media to thank their viewers as the project started to near its end.
We have crossed $1.46million (£1.14 million) overall. If we get to $1.5million (£1.17 million) at projectforawesome.com Ill shave my amazing mustache, which will be a terrible loss to the world and the livestream, John promised.
What an awful shame, John.

And theyre not the only YouTubers showing their generous side recently.
PewDiePie – real name Felix Kjellberg – also recently used his attention for good, raising more than $200,000 in a day for Child Rights and You, an Indian childrens welfare charity.
The Swedish gamer took to Twitter to thank his followers. We raised $239000 in just a day for @CRYINDIA, he wrote. This will make a big positive impact for children in India! So proud of this community!

He previously urged fans to donate, tweeting: Started a Gofundme page for CRY, a charity that focus on making a lasting change for children of India.

Referring to his viewer demographic, he added: 9 year olds helping 9 year olds, lets go!
