The Body Coach concedes that even fitness gurus dont have enough hours in the day to home cook all of their babys food.
Joe Wicks, 32, says he may – shock horror – resort to shop-bought pureed food for young daughter Indie after model girlfriend Rosie Jones is finished breastfeeding.
The Body Coach, who has built a brand based on his fitness regimes and cooking tips, welcomed his first child with Rosie in August this year.
Speaking to the Big Issue, Joe said: I havent looked yet as shes still on breast milk, but were going to hopefully make our own. In an ideal world, every parent would be like that, but people get busy.
Im sure Ill end up using some of these puree things. Im not opposed to it but Ill try my best to cook at home as much as I can for her.
Joe is the brains behind the Lean In 15′ workout and more recently, the 30-minute Meals cookery book.

He hopes that he can bring up his daughter to live an active and healthy lifestyle, and educate others about the benefits of regular exercise from childhood.

He said: It needs to be part of your life from a young age. This is what I do, this is how I stay happy. It controls your energy, your mood, your mental health. Exercise is the cure for so many things.
Joe announced in May that The Baby Coach was coming soon.
He and girlfriend Rose have been dating since 2016 but the health and fitness guru had made an effort to keep his romance with the former Page 3 star out of the limelight until his baby news.
Joe explained at the time: Ive always chosen to keep my personal life and relationship private but with such an amazing new thing coming into our lives I thought it would be nice to share the news with you myself.
We are both absolutely buzzing to be parents.
