The GC is officially banned from Christmas with the Argents this year, because Arg wants Gemma Collins to help out.
TOWIE star James made his feelings on Gemmas diva alter-ego very clear when he told OK! magazine this week that he expects her to muck in with his mum on Christmas Day.
Jamess parents are hosting a huge Argent-Collins Christmas – the first theyve spent together – after Gemma extended the festive invite to her whole family, including her nieces and nephews.
Gemma told the magazine: James has invited me to spend it with his family. Im bringing my parents, as well as my brother and his children.
Im not sure the Argents know what theyre letting themselves in for!

But James thinks theyll have a great time, just as long as The GC doesnt make an appearance.
My parents love Gemma, he explained. But Ive told her shes not allowed to be the GC on Christmas Day. She has to chip in and help my mum out in the kitchen!
And 2019 holds big things for Gemma and Arg, who says hes planning a huge marriage proposal.

He said: Ive got a few ideas up my sleeve! I cant tell you when but Im definitely asking Gemma to be my wife next year.
Its going to be a huge proposal, I wont be doing it by halves.
Gemma has already been sending Arg hints about her ideal yellow diamond engagement ring, that he says wont come cheap.
