Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade have finally gotten their happy ever after, announcing the arrival of their baby girl.

After managing to keep the secret for nine months, the married couple announced on Wednesday that their new daughter was born on 7 November via surrogate.

It comes after Gabrielle, 46, revealed her heartbreaking struggle to conceive and multiple miscarriages last year.

The couple both shared sweet photos of them cuddling up to the newborn, whose name is yet to be revealed.

They first listed the lyrics to Bill Withers classic feel-good song, Lovely Day, which include: When I wake up in the mornin love, And the sunlight hurts my eyes, and, Then I look at you, And the worlds alright with me / Just one look at you, And I know its gonna be a lovely day.

In a personal message, the pair said: We are sleepless and delirious but so excited to share that our miracle baby arrived last night via surrogate and 11/7 will forever be etched in our hearts as the most loveliest of all the lovely days. Welcome to the party sweet girl! #onelastdance #skintoskin.

Gabrielle detailed her ongoing struggle to conceive in her autobiography, Were Going to Need More Wine, revealing that shes had at least eight or nine miscarriages.

The Being Mary Jane actress said: I have had eight or nine miscarriages. For three years, my body has been a prisoner of trying to get pregnant — Ive either been about to go into an IVF cycle, in the middle of an IVF cycle, or coming out of an IVF cycle.

Its Gabby and Dwyanes first biological child together. The Miami Heat player is already a father to sons Zaire, 16, Zion, 11, and Xavier, four, from previous relationships.

Gabrielle is known to have a great relationship with her stepsons. She and Dwyane tied the knot in August 2014 after five years together.
