Fortnite Season 5 is coming to an end, meaning a new Season of challenges, events and skins will begin.

Epic Games had Battle Royale fans baffled by the Cube – a purple object which travelled across the map for almost a month.

Kevin, as the cube was affectionately known, ended up in Loot Lake where it melted and turned the lake into a bounce-pad.

Now we have a host of new events and challenges to look forward to.

Gamers dont have long to complete the rest of the Season 5 challenges before the next season starts.

Season 6 will drop tomorrow morning, meaning the game will go down before then to prepare for all the new content.

When will Fortnite go down?

Fortnite updates usually go live at 9am BST (4am ET).

As usual, expect to be booted out of the game 20 minutes before the update is set to take place.

We expect the downtime to last for around two hours.

However, you should be prepared for the downtime to last longer due to the size of the update.

This could be a preview of skins which will be available in the next Season.

However, it still doesnt give much away regarding the theme of Season 6.
