FIFA 19 players might be more interested in the upcoming release of the new FIFA 19 Team of the Year squad, but they also have a very important decision to make.

Who will they vote for the new Premier League Player of the Month award for December?

The Premier League has now announced their contenders for the Premier League December Player of the Month award and as always this means another vote to decide who should win a special POTM Ultimate Team card in FIFA 19.

Up for the award in December is two Liverpool players in the form of Mo Salah and Virgil Van Dijk and a fellow pair of players from Spurs with both Harry Kane and Son up for the prize.

Added to this there are also nominations for West Hams Felipe Anderson, Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Manchester United's Marcus Rashford.

For those that don't know, FIFA 19 gets involved with the Player of the Month celebrations by revealing a special FIFA Ultimate Team card with increased stats to reflect the achievements of the Premier League Player of the Month Winner.

There's normally a new SBC (squad building challenge) for FIFA 19 players to complete to obtain this special card.

In August, Spurs Lucas Moura took home the very first FIFA 19 POTM award, whilst in September it was the scintillating form of Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Arsenal's Pierre Emerick Aubameyang in October.

The last POTM award for November was given to Manchester City's Raheem Sterling – but who do you think should win for December?
