Investigators from the European Commission on Tuesday raided the London offices of Rupert Murdochs 21st Century Fox, according to the Daily Telegraph.

A spokesperson for Fox Networks Group confirmed to Variety that the company was “cooperating fully” with the Commissions inspection.

A Commission spokesperson would only confirm that investigators had carried out “unannounced inspections” on Tuesday in several EU countries at companies involved in the “distribution of sports media rights and other related rights.”

“The Commission has concerns that the companies involved may have violated EU antitrust rules that prohibit cartels and restrictive business practices,” the Commission said in a statement.

The Telegraph reported that documents and computer records were seized, and that investigators are expected to remain at the company offices through Wednesday and possibly into Thursday.
