Dwayne The Rock Johnson has finally lifted the lid on how he kept his Hawaiian wedding to wife Lauren Hashian a complete secret.

The newly wedded couple first announced that they secretly tied the knot after 12 years together, last month on the 19 August.

Posting a series of heartwarming unseen photos from their big day, the former wrestler revealed how family and friends helped him pull off mission impossible – a private Hollywood star wedding.

Captioning the first series of photos the 47-year-old actor wrote: Our Hawaiian wedding was beautiful and I want to thank our incredible staff for their outstanding work.

To carry out my #1 goal of complete privacy, no wedding planners or outside resources were hired. Everything you see was created by hand, by staff and family only.

In the series of photos, Dwayne gave fans an insight into the spectacular view where the couple said i do as well as a glimpse at what looks like his big speech during the wedding dinner, approved of course by his smiling three-year-old daughter Jasmine.

The Fast & Furious star also showed off the handmade touches that helped keep his nuptials top secret, including handmade placement cards for the table, the handwritten menu and their colourful three-tiered wedding cake.

The wedding party seemed to get into the full Hawaii spirit with Dwayne and the rest of the guests sporting Hawaiian shirts and Lei necklaces as they celebrated the newly-wedded couple.

And it turns out the wedding isnt the only thing that The Rock wanted to keep private after the star shut down an entire restaurant just so that the newly wedded couple could enjoy their honeymoon in peace.

The actor took to Instagram to share a snap of him and his wife having a meal at the Hanalei Northside Grill restaurant as he admitted that its been decades since he ate in a restaurant undisturbed.
