Demi Lovatos mother has given an update on the singers health, announcing she has completed 90 days of sobriety.
On 24 July, Demi was rushed to hospital after suffering a drug overdose at her Hollywood Hills home.
It is believed that the Sorry Not Sorry singer freebased Oxycodone with her dealer at a party, but that the drug was laced with fentanyl.
Demis mum Dianne De La Garza appeared on Maria Menounos Sirius XM show where she discussed the 26-year-olds recovery.
Dianne said: Yes, she has 90 days and I couldnt be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction, being a disease, is work. Its very hard, its not easy and there are no short cuts.
When asked if she knew what caused Demis relapse, the author admitted: I cant really say for sure. I really dont know.

Host Maria said: Usually its like, I imagine, something pivotal happens in your life and you cant handle it and youre like, I need that.
Dianne replied: It can be any number of reasons.
Demi spent two weeks in Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles after having Narcan – an opioid blocker – adminstered when emergency services arrived at her house.
After being discharged, she moved to a rehab centre in Chicago, with her sister saying she was doing really well.
Speaking on Millenial Hollywood With Dakota T Jones, Madison said: Shes working really hard on her sobriety and were all so incredibly proud of her… Its been crazy for our family. Its been a lot. Um, but weve been through a lot together and every single time, I mean if you read my mums book you would know.

Every time we go through something, we always come out on the other side a hundred times stronger than before. And so weve been so thankful for everything. For the little things.
Following her overdose, Demi wrote a note on social media for her fans.
She said: I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction. What Ive learned is that this illness is not something that disappears or fades with time. It is something I must continue to overcome and have not done yet.
