“Deadpool 2” raked in a shocking amount of money during its box office review on Thursday.

The Marvel sequel to summer 2016s blockbuster raked in a whopping $363,070,709 at the box office in the U.S., and “Deadpool 2” is expected to rival — or surpass — that number. (RELATED: Heres What Everybody Is Saying About The Deadpool Sequel)

And during Thursdays box office preview where “Deadpool 2” was shown in only 3,785 theaters across the United States, the sequel didnt disappoint. (RELATED: Theres A New Deadpool 2 Trailer Out, And It Looks Downright Electric)

This shattered the previous record was for the horror movie “It,” which brought in $13.5 million.

“On Friday morning, Deadpool 2 will be playing in a total of 4,349 theaters in North America, where it will easily win the weekend with a debut in the $130 million to $150 million range, ending Infinity Wars three-week rule,” the Hollywood Reporter says. “Overseas, Deadpool 2 is opening in most major markets timed to its U.S. launch — one major exception is China — for a projected foreign debut of $150 million-plus.”
