Former British Prime Minister David Cameron is to chair a U.S. artificial intelligence firms advisory board.

Cameron will work for Washington-based Afiniti, whose advisory board also includes former French PM François Fillon and ex-BP chief executive John Browne, the Financial Times reported.

Afiniti was founded in 2005 by U.S-Pakistani entrepreneur Zia Chishti, and specializes in the use of AI in call centres.

After quitting as prime minister in 2016 following the Brexit referendum, Cameron has largely remained out of the public eye. The former prime minister said in a statement that he had made efforts to boost new technology industries during his premiership, including the development of Londons Tech City.
