Crash Bandicoot Nintendo Switch: PS4 game LEAKS ahead of Nintendo Direct 2018

It looks like the Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy is coming to Nintendo Switch.

Ahead of tonight's Nintendo Direct, evidence is showing up online of people pre-ordering a version of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy for Nintendo's newest hybrid console.

Rumours have persisted about Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy coming to other consoles since it launched on PS4 last year (to massive critical and commercial success).

This means it's likely we'll see a version of the game on Xbox One, too – this may also be announced by Activision this evening, after the Direct.

You can see the receipt in question here.

We're expecting to see the news formally announced in an hour.

We'll update you with news as it breaks.

Nintendo Switch 2018: Rumoured and confirmed games coming to the console

Nintendo Switch had a great first year, full of exclusives and third party games. Here's a few more rumoured games supposedly coming to the console in 2018 and beyond. PLUS, some games we know are coming in the months ahead.

This comes after we saw an update from a developer on the project.

Last year's best-selling PS4 exclusive was more popular than many would have anticipated, sitting in the top 10 charts for months after its release and outselling other PS4 exclusives, too.

In the wake of this success, it looks like developer Vicarious Visions may be moving onto a new title – potentially even a follow-up to the successful remake.

Dan Tanguay – the Trilogy's director – has updated his LinkedIn profile to state that he's now working on an 'unannounced project'.

This could be a follow up to the remake – perhaps including other Crash Bandicoot games such as Crash Bash, Crash Team Racing or Crash Bandicoot: Wrath of Cortex.

It could also refer to the port of the Remaster.

Nintendo Direct 2018 Switch games REVEALED in full

NINTENDO Switch fans have been treated to some AMAZING news, as Dark Souls, Mario Tennis and more is announced at the Nintendo Direct.

The Crash Bandicoot N Sane Trilogy is out now for PS4 and contains remastered versions of the first three games in the series which only ever released on the original PlayStation console.

For the record, that includes the original 1996 Crash Bandicoot game and follow-ups Cortex Strikes Back and Warped, all with improved visuals and gameplay tweaks.

Developers Vicarious Visions has also done a bang-up job all improving visuals and gameplay elements to seriously aged platform games.

The three games offer fantastic value for money and would really make a good fit amongst the Switch library of titles.
