Cara Delevingne has insisted its the beginning for the Times Up movement, as she graces the front cover for the October issue of Elle UK.

The model and actress looked amazing as she could be seen sporting a series of different outfits for the latest issue of the magazine.

And now Cara has opened up about the Times Up movement, revealing that a hashtag and social media campaign does not mean that things have changed and the problem is gone.

In my opinion, especially in these movements, as soon as we get a hashtag for something, we feel like its done, she said.

But thats not the case. Its the beginning, and I think people need to remember that gender discrimination is still happening all the time.

Women are getting more opportunities, but there are still people out there who are the same as they were three years ago. You cant just put a hashtag up on social media and the problem is gone.

She also spoke about Harvey Weinstein, and revealed that she hadnt thought about it until Rose McGowan came forward, and although she hasnt dealt with it, she hopes he gets prosecuted.

I hope Harvey gets prosecuted and, of course, I want there to be justice.
