Cameron Boyce died of natural circumstances according to the coroners office.

The Descendants star tragically passed away on 6 July, aged 20, after suffering an epileptic seizure in his sleep.

And a statement from the Los Angeles County Coroners office appears to have confirmed this.

Preliminary information suggests the death occurred under natural circumstances, it read.

The final cause and manner of death will be determined at a later date.

Cameron passed away earlier this month, with a spokesperson confirming the news.

It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron, they told ABC news.

He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated.

The world is now undoubtedly without one of its brightest lights, but his spirit will live on through the kindness and compassion of all who knew and loved him.

We are utterly heartbroken and ask for privacy during this immensely difficult time as we grieve the loss of our precious son and brother.

Dad Victor also shared the last photo he took of the Disney actor just hours before he passed away, explaining he misses his son terribly.

In the upload, Cameron can be seen pulling a funny face at the camera.

Alongside the candid picture, he wrote: My son. Just hours before he was snatched from our lives.

I miss him terribly. I hope that no one ever has to feel the agony Im feeling, but no one is immune to tragedy.
