Former Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are officially divorced, according to reports.
With Ben, 46, undergoing treatment at a rehab facility for his alcohol addiction, his and Jens divorce stalled this year but it appears there is no going back.
According to TMZ, a private judge has officially signed off on their divorce papers which were submitted to an LA County Superior Court judge earlier in November.
Ben and Jen, 46, chose not to hire a lawyer to move their divorce along which is why it was expected that the finalising would take longer. However, it seems the judge was keen to let the estranged spouses move on as they made their separation official in a matter of days.
Its said that famed celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser acted as a mediator for the pair but was not involved in an official capacity.

The publication claims that Ben and Jen have agreed to share joint custody of their three children, Violet, 12, Seraphina, nine, and Samuel, six. Per the terms of their custody agreement, the pair will meet with a co-parenting therapist on a monthly basis for a minimum of six months.
When Ben and Jen married in 2005, they reportedly chose not to sign a prenuptial agreement but have agreed to split their property fairly.
The pair announced their separation in June 2015 after 10 years of marriage, stating: After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce.
We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time.

Ben is currently single after ending his relationships with recent girlfriends Shauna Sexton and Lindsay Shookus to focus on his sobriety after successfully leaving rehab.
However Jennifer has moved on and is happily dating new boyfriend John Miller, CEO of CaliBurger.
Still, the former couple are on amicable terms and recently spent an entire weekend together, attending a World Series game and then church with their kids.
