When the current-generation Skoda Superb landed here two years ago, it had a 220hp 2-litre engine. Last year, a 180hp 1.8-litre variant was launched to replace it.
Now, the Superb is back to a 2-litre engine. But this time, it is a 190hp B-cycle unit found in Audi models since 2017. (Skoda and Audi belong to the Volkswagen Group.)
